- Medical negligence on the part of physicians and hospitals can result in lifelong disability or death. I have prosecuted medical malpractice claims against healthcare providers of all kinds involving improper diagnosis, delayed diagnosis, substandard care, and negligence in providing care or performing surgical procedures. Because of the force that many animals have when biting, x-rays are frequently necessary to determine if there are broken bones or deep tissue damage. Orthopedic or Plastic Surgery might be recommended if these types of injuries are evident.
